Happy New Year!! With the holidays behind us and a couple months of winter ahead, this is a great time to think about color and embrace the 2023 Pantone color of the year, Viva Magenta!
This color vibrates with vim, vigor, and signals strength says Pantone. They state that this year’s Color of the Year is powerful and empowering. It is a new animated red that reveals pure joy. It demands power, passion, and balance while also bringing cheerfulness and peace to those who wear it.
Most women default to wearing a darker color palette in winter. I love the idea of adding in this bright berry color, it is easy to find and style.
You can pair it with other jewel tones or neutrals like brown, camel and black. If you want to be ultra chic, go monochromatic with this color, head to toe! Not ready to take the plunge, add this color in with a shoe, earring, or scarf.
Kick off the new year with a new bold color in your wardrobe. If magenta is not your thing...there are so many options. Color is the new black and it will truly brighten your mood!
